FAQ

The FAQ section displays a list of expandable question and answer pairs. Use it on the home page, on a product page, or on a dedicated content page to address common questions.

Settings

• Show heading — Toggle the section heading.
• Heading — The section heading. Default: Frequently asked questions.
• Subheading — Optional supporting text.
• Heading alignment — Options: Left, Center, Right.

The section also exposes spacing settings.

Blocks

Each block is a single question and answer pair. Add blocks via Add FAQ item.

FAQ item

• Question — The question text. Default: Question.
• Answer — Rich text answer. Default: Answer to the question.
• Open by default — When enabled, this item is expanded on page load. Useful for the most-asked question.

Tips

• Five to eight questions is the sweet spot. Below five, FAQ feels thin; above eight, customers stop reading.
• Order by popularity, not category. The first question gets the most attention.
• Open the most important one by enabling Open by default on a single FAQ item — typically the one about returns, shipping, or sizing.
• Schema benefit — When the FAQ section is on a page, the theme outputs FAQ JSON-LD structured data, which can produce rich-result snippets in Google search.
