Templates
A template is the layout used to render a specific kind of page on your storefront. Pave ships templates for every page type Shopify recognizes. Most templates are JSON-based, which means you can add, remove, and reorder sections from the theme editor.

Alternate templates
For some content types, Shopify supports alternate templates: variants of the default template you can assign per product, page, or article. Pave does not ship alternate templates out of the box, but you can create your own from the theme editor by clicking Create template in the Templates picker. See Shopify Help: Alternate templates.
