Social media

The Social media category in Theme settings stores the URLs of your social media profiles. The footer reads these URLs to render social media icons.

Social accounts

Each setting accepts a full URL to your profile. Leave a setting blank to hide its icon.

• Instagram — Full URL to your Instagram profile.
• Facebook — Full URL to your Facebook page.
• X — Full URL to your X profile.
• TikTok — Full URL to your TikTok profile.
• YouTube — Full URL to your YouTube channel.
• Pinterest — Full URL to your Pinterest profile.

Where the icons appear

The icons render in the footer’s bottom bar when the Show social media icons setting is enabled in the Footer section.

To hide all icons, either disable Show social media icons in the footer settings, or clear all URLs in this category.

Recommendations

• Use full URLs, including https://. Shorthand handles like @yourbrand will not work.
• Open in new tab — All icon links use target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" automatically. You don’t need to do anything to make external links open in a new tab.
• Profile completeness — Only configure profiles you actively maintain. A dead social link signals neglect to customers.
