Contact
Pave is supported directly by Corebia. To reach our team, send an email to support@corebia.com with the details listed below. Every message is read and answered within the timeframe described in the support policy.
What to include
A complete request gets a faster, better answer. Please include:
- Your store URL — In the format
https://store-name.myshopify.com. If you have a custom domain, please share both the custom domain and themyshopify.comURL — we use the latter to find your store in the Shopify Partner system. - Theme version — Find it in
Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes. Click on Pave to see the version. The current version is also listed at the top of the changelog. - Description of the problem — One paragraph explaining what you expected and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce — Click-by-click steps that lead to the problem so we can replicate it on our end.
- Screenshots or screen recordings — A picture is worth a thousand support emails. Use the browser screenshot tool or your operating system’s screen recorder.
- Browser and device — “Chrome on macOS Sonoma 14.5” or “Safari on iPhone 15 (iOS 18)”.
- The page URL where the problem appears — Direct link to the affected page on your storefront.
After you write
Our team reviews every incoming request. We respond within 2 business days, as outlined in the support policy. Most requests are answered the next business day. Critical issues — anything that takes the storefront offline or blocks checkout — are addressed immediately.
Need a customization?
For requests that go beyond what’s covered by support — design changes, new features, integrations — we recommend hiring a Shopify Partner. They can extend Pave to your exact requirements. See Custom code for context.
